** Shares of Fleetpartners Group FPR.AX rise as much as 7% to A$3.06, their highest level since October 16

** Stock set for strongest trading session since mid-September, if current trends hold

** The vehicle leasing co to acquire rival Remunerator for A$31.4 million

** Co says acquisition broadens its product and system capability

** Separately, firm declared unfranked final dividend of 13.6 Australian cents per share, increases capital payout ratio range of 60% to70% of NPATA

** Stock up around 13% YTD, including day's moves
