Focus Financial shares jump after $7 bln go-private deal

** Shares of investment advisory firm Focus Financial
Partners Inc  FOCS.O  jumps 3.4% at $51.90 premarket
    ** Buyout firm Clayton, Dubilier & Rice (CD&R) to take FOCS
private in an all-cash transaction valued at more than $7
billion
    ** FOCS earlier this month received a buyout proposal from
CD&R that sent its shares to their highest level in nearly a
year
    ** Stockholders of FOCS will receive $53 per share as
disclosed earlier
    ** Co's shares are up ~34.69% YTD
