Focus Financial to be bought by Clayton, Dubilier & Rice in $7 bln deal

Feb 27 (Reuters) - Focus Financial Partners Inc  FOCS.O 
will be acquired by affiliates of Clayton, Dubilier & Rice in an
all-cash transaction valued at more than $7 billion, the
companies said on Monday.
