Foresight Solar VCT Plc: Trading Update: "C" Shares
Foresight Solar VCT plc is pleased to report that it has completed the acquisition of three ground mounted solar PV plants totalling 11.8MW of which the "C" shares invested a net amount of 6.9 million. 
The 6.3 MW Saron asset is located in Saron, Wales. The asset connected to the Grid on 15 March 2015 and will receive Renewable Obligation Certificate ("ROC") accreditation at the rate of 1.4 ROCs/MWh. 
The 1.9 MW New Kaine asset is located in Sittingbourne, Kent. The asset connected to the Grid on 18 March 2015 and will receive ROC accreditation at the rate of 1.4 ROCs/MWh. Both assets were acquired from Anesco, a leading UK developer. 
The 3.6MW EOSOL asset is located in Lancaster, California. The asset was acquired from EOSOL Energy and has been operational since July 2013.
Foresight Solar VCT Plc has also secured exclusivity on one further site on which it anticipates to exchange in early May, following which the proceeds of the "C" share class will be fully invested or committed.
