    ** FORG up ~55% compared to IPO price of $25
    ** Shares rose as much as ~7.8% on its first day of trading;
closed up ~4.2% at $36.5
    ** It sold 1.1 mln shares in IPO priced at $25
    ** San Francisco-based FORG provides identity and access
management solutions 
    ** Its investors include Accel, KKR & Co  KKR.N  and
Riverwood Capital
