Henlius Biotech shareholders reject take-private offer from China's Fosun

Jan 22 (Reuters) - Shareholders of Shanghai Henlius
Biotech  2696.HK  rejected Chinese conglomerate Fosun
International's  0656.HK  offer to buy the Hong Kong-listed
drugmaker, the companies said on Wednesday.
