Corrects media packaging code and changes to "Portugal-based" from "Portugese-based" in paragraph 1 Sept 5 (Reuters) - Hong Kong's Fosun International 0656.HK said on Friday its unit had agreed to sell a 40% stake in its Portugal-based hospital operator Luz Saude, S.A for 310 million euros ($362.92 million) to an entity linked to Australian conglomerate Macquarie Group MQG.AX.
