Interim dividend

 

 

As noted in the circular to Shareholders dated 21 January 2026 (the Circular)
in respect of the proposed combination with Invesco Global Equity Income Trust
plc, the directors are required to make a dividend payment for the period
starting on 1 February until the Effective Date of the Scheme.

 

The directors therefore announce:

·    that the Company will pay an interim dividend for the year ending 31
January 2027 (or the Effective Date of the Scheme if earlier) of 0.45p per
share;

·    the dividend will be paid on 27 February 2026 to shareholders on the
register on 13 February 2026;

·    the ex-dividend date will be 12 February 2026.

 

Defined terms in this announcement shall have the meaning given to them in the
Circular unless otherwise stated.
