Investment management arrangements

 

 

Franklin Templeton has informed the Board of the Company that with effect from
the date of this announcement, 12 December 2025, Zehrid Osmani, co-portfolio
manager of the Company, has stepped down from his portfolio management role.

 

Jonathan Curtis, Chief Investment Officer of Franklin Equity Group ("FEG"),
will continue in his role as co-portfolio manager of the Company and Jonathan
Regan will join Jonathan Curtis as co-portfolio manager.  The Company
announced on 13 November 2025 a proposed  combination with Invesco Global
Equity Income Trust plc which, subject to shareholder approval, is expected to
take effect in February 2026. Jonathan Regan was previously deputy portfolio
manager of the Company, working alongside Zehrid Osmani.
