On 17 April 2025, Franklin Global Trust plc bought back 14,771 ordinary shares
at a price of 307.6431p per share to be HELD AS TREASURY.

Following this purchase Franklin Global Trust plc holds 40,084,730 shares in
TREASURY and has a total of 58,591,177 ordinary shares with voting rights
(excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
