On 3 October 2025, Franklin Global Trust plc bought back 75,284 ordinary
shares at a price of 369.56p per share to be HELD AS TREASURY.

Following this purchase Franklin Global Trust plc holds 47,252,541 shares in
TREASURY and has a total of 51,423,366 ordinary shares with voting rights
(excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
