On 31 October 2025, Franklin Global Trust plc bought back 64,824 ordinary
shares at a price of 371.62p per share to be HELD AS TREASURY.

Following this purchase Franklin Global Trust plc holds 48,287,730 shares in
TREASURY and has a total of 50,388,177 ordinary shares with voting rights
(excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
