On 4 December 2025, Franklin Global Trust plc bought back 23,537 ordinary
shares at a price of 357.00p per share to be HELD AS TREASURY.

Following this purchase Franklin Global Trust plc holds 49,088,570 shares in
TREASURY and has a total of 49,587,337 ordinary shares with voting rights
