On 28 January 2026, Franklin Global Trust plc bought back 100,000 ordinary
shares at a price of 348.97p per share to be HELD AS TREASURY.

Following this purchase Franklin Global Trust plc holds 50,308,520 shares in
TREASURY and has a total of 48,367,387 ordinary shares with voting rights
(excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
