On 9 February 2026, Franklin Global Trust plc bought back 20,000 ordinary
shares at a price of 342.85p per share to be HELD AS TREASURY.

Following this purchase Franklin Global Trust plc holds 50,550,718 shares in
TREASURY and has a total of 48,125,189 ordinary shares with voting rights
(excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
