premarket - set to snap a two-day losing streak 
    ** Co says it has completed patient enrollment in a
late-stage trial of its treatment for excessive sweating and is

    ** The drug, Sofpironium bromide, is BBI's lead treatment
for primary axillary hyperhidrosis or excessive sweating 
    ** Hyperhidrosis affects roughly 15 mln people in the United
States, according to the company
