    ** Co announces positive results from two late-stage
studies, testing its sofpironium bromide gel 15%, to treat
patients with primary axillary hyperhidrosis or excessive
underarm sweating 
    ** Co expects to submit marketing application to the FDA in
mid-2022
    ** Up to Wednesday's close, stock had fallen 15.2% YTD
