** Shares of drug developer Fresh Tracks Therapeutics
 FRTX.O  jump ~52% to $2.77 before the bell 
    ** Says lead drug FRTX-02 met main goals of an early-stage
study 
    ** Board also approves plan to explore strategic options to
further develop the drug
    ** FRTX-02 was generally safe and well tolerated within the
potential therapeutic dose range - company 
    ** Says data supports development of the drug as a
once-daily oral treatment for atopic dermatitis and other
autoimmune and inflammatory conditions 
    ** Study was testing different dosing regimens of FRTX-02
capsules in healthy adult subjects, as well as patients with
atopic dermatitis 
    ** As of last close, FRTX up 22% so far this year
