Grant of options
 
The Fulham Shore plc (AIM: FUL) announces that the Company has on 16 August 2019 granted 4,225,000 options over ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to employees pursuant to The Fulham Shore Company Share Option Plan ("CSOP") and the Unapproved Share Option Scheme (together, the "Options"). The Options have an exercise price of 11.25 pence per Ordinary Share (being the closing mid-market price  on Thursday 15 August 2019, the day prior to grant). The following Options have been granted to persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") under the Unapproved Share Option Scheme:

The above Options vest on the third anniversary of grant and are exercisable up until the tenth anniversary of grant, subject to continuing employment by the optionholder. There are no additional performance conditions attaching to the Options.
 
Following the grant of the Options, the Company has a total of 65,666,876 options over new Ordinary Shares outstanding under share option schemes, equivalent to 11.4% of the existing issued share capital of the Company.
