 * The aggregate consideration for the proposed disposal is RMB 23.8 million 
 * Full Apex International Limited entered into a sale and purchase agreement with Wise Ascent Trading Limited (The "Purchaser") 
 * Proposed disposal will not have any material impact on core businesses of the 
   group 
 * Proposed disposal at the consideration will give rise to an estimate gain on 
   disposal of approximately RMB 16 million
