Sept 30 (Reuters) - Great Water-discloseable Transaction In 
Relation To Formation Of The Jv Company  8196.HK  
    * Strong Wave (a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of company) 
and Best Well entered into agreement 
    * Pursuant to deal, JV company, HK company, project company 
shall be established to develop and promote business in 
hazardous wastes treatment industry in PRC 
    * JV company will hold entire equity interests in HK company 
which shall have registered capital of HK$100, to be contributed 
in cash as to 92% by Strong Wave and as to 8% by Best Well 
    * Project co with total capital commitment of RMB50 mln, 
which will be contributed in cash as to RMB46 mln by Strong 
Wave, and rmb4mln by Best Well
