** Shares of integrated fashion company Future Lifestyle Fashions Ltd
 FLFL.NS  down as much as 4.73% to 8.1 rupees, hitting a record low
    ** Stock sees its biggest intraday pct loss since Sept. 26, on track for a
ninth consecutive session of losses
    ** FLFL faces three petitions from its creditors seeking to initiate
insolvency proceedings before the NCLT, one of which has been reserved for
orders, Co said on Sept. 13
    ** Stock has ended lower in 9 of the 10 sessions since then and ended flat
in one, taking YTD losses to 83.40% as of last close
    ** About 54,264 shares change hands by 0426 GMT, 0.2x the 30-day avg of
263,198 shares
