    * Said on Wednesday that on Sept. 3 its shareholder 
SPECIOCUS LIMITED has decreased its stake in the company to 
24.84 pct, representing 4,037,236 shares  
    * Said that pior to the transaction SPECIOCUS LIMITED held 
directly 5,673,559 shares, equal to 34.91 pct stake in the 
company
