premarket
    ** Company says it has been granted a patent for its vital
signs monitoring system with earpiece marketed in the U.S. 
    ** System uses multiple sensors to monitor a wide range of
vital signs and biometrics on different body locations - GMVD
    ** Patent is expected to be issued on Feb. 7, 2023, co says
    ** GMVD says it currently has three more patents pending
approval from the United States Patent and Trademark Office
    ** Stock fell ~98.4% over the past 12 months
