rupees, its biggest one-day gain since Sept. 27
    ** Construction and engineering co gets contract worth 18.86
billion rupees ($224.39 million) for construction of access
controlled ring road in Pune city in western India
    ** GINF sees second-busiest day in nearly three weeks, with
more than 118,000 shares traded
    ** Analysts, on avg, rate stock "hold" vs "strong buy" for
peer HG Infra Engineering  HGIN.NS 
    ** Their median PT for GINF is 1,615 rupees - LSEG data
    ** Stock up 46% YTD vs 74% surge in HGIN
