Appointment of Chief Financial Officer

Gama Aviation Plc, the business aviation services company, today announces
that the Company's Interim Chief Financial Officer ("CFO"), Michael Williamson
has now been appointed to the post on a permanent basis with effect from
17(th) June 2022. Michael is expected to join the Board in due course, subject
to the completion of due diligence procedures required in accordance with the
AIM Rules for Companies. The Company will provide any further announcements as
appropriate.

Commenting on the appointment, Marwan Khalek, CEO of Gama Aviation Plc said:
