Board Change

 

Gama Aviation Plc announces that Daniel Ruback, Group CFO, has tendered his
resignation as a Director of the Group in order to pursue other opportunities
outside of the Group.  Daniel will remain with the business to lead the 2021
year end close and audit process, which is anticipated to complete in April
2022.  The Board is taking immediate steps to appoint an interim CFO pending
the appointment of a permanent replacement.

Commenting on the announcement, Marwan Khalek, CEO of Gama Aviation Plc said:

"I am very grateful to Daniel for his contribution to the business since
joining the team in December 2019.  During this time Daniel has worked
tirelessly with the Executive team and the Board to evolve and strengthen the
Group's finance function, assembling a team of talented finance professionals
that provide the group with a solid foundation which we will continue to build
upon.

The Board and I would like to thank Daniel for his efforts during his time
with the Group and to wish him every success in his future career."
