Board Change

 

Gama Aviation Plc announces that Simon To has tendered his resignation as the
Non-Executive Chairman of the Company with immediate effect. Mr To will remain
as a Non-Executive Director of the Group.

Peter Brown, Senior Independent Director of the Group will act as the Chairman
on an interim basis pending the appointment of a permanent chair following the
full evaluation of the matter by the Board.

Commenting on the announcement, Marwan Khalek, Chief Executive Officer of Gama
Aviation Plc said:

"I am very grateful to Simon for his leadership, guidance and efforts as the
Non-Executive Chairman and, on behalf of myself and the rest of the Board, I
would thank him for all his diligent contributions to the Board since his
appointment as the Chairman. The Board looks forward to Simon's continued and
valued contribution and engagement to the Company as a Non-Executive
Director."
