Completion of the Sale of 20% share in associate

 

Gama Aviation, the global business aviation service provider, today announces
that it has now secured the necessary consents and approvals to proceed with
the sale of its 20% holding in the issued share capital of China Aircraft
Services Limited ("CASL") as set out in the Company's announcement of the
24(th) November 2021.

 

Accordingly, the Company received the US$2.0m cash consideration in full on
the 31(st) December 2021 thus bringing the sale transaction to completion.
