On 19 January 2021, Daniel Ruback, an Executive Director of the Company, was issued a total of 25,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at nil cost, in accordance with the terms of his Service Agreement. The Company will shortly be making an application to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of these shares to trading on AIM.
Following the issue of shares, Daniel Ruback and persons closely associated with him will be interested in 25,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.04% of the issued share capital of the Company.
