Board Change

 

On 10(th) January 2022, the Company announced the resignation of its CFO,
Daniel Ruback.  Following an orderly handover to interim CFO Michael
Williamson, who joined on 17(th) January 2022 and with the 2021 year end close
and audit process nearing completion, Daniel resigned as a Director and left
the Company on 8(th) April 2022 as planned.

 

The Company still anticipates publishing its 2021 full year audited results by
the end of April 2022.
