Gama Aviation Plc ("Gama" or the "Company")

Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM")

Gama is pleased to announce that its AGM will take place on 29 June 2021 at
2.00 p.m. Today, the Notice of AGM has been sent to shareholders and published
on the Company's website.

The Company is proposing to hold the AGM at its registered office at First
Floor, 25 Templer Avenue, Farnborough, Hampshire GU14 6FE and welcoming the
maximum number of shareholders permitted within safety constraints and in
accordance with government guidelines in place as at the time of the AGM. As
at the date of the Notice of AGM, government restrictions remain in place to
deal with the COVID-19 crisis and under the government's "Roadmap" all
restrictions on social contact are to be removed no earlier than 21 June 2021.
The Company may be required to limit attendance or take other measures in
order to comply with the prevailing guidance in force at the time of the AGM.
Entry to the AGM cannot be guaranteed, therefore, shareholders are requested
to pre-register if they wish to attend the AGM.  Shareholders are strongly
encouraged to vote ahead of the AGM by completing and returning their form of
proxy and appointing the chair of the AGM to vote on their behalf. Voting on
the resolutions at the AGM will be conducted by way of a poll.

If it becomes necessary to change the arrangements for the AGM, information
will be found on the Company's website and via a regulatory announcement.
