** Shares of Rightcrowd  RCW.AX  fall as much as 5% to
A$0.380, marking their biggest intraday percentage loss since
March 3 
    ** Co raises A$12.5 mln ($9.50 mln) at an issue price of
A$0.33 per share, a 17.5% discount to its close on Friday, when

    ** Shares being offered under placement represent 39.2% of
co's free float shares
    ** Stock hits lowest since March 12 
    ** Stock up ~1.3% this year, as of last close
