NCC Ltd has informed BSE that NCC Limited along with Gayatri Projects Limited (GPL) and its Subsidiary Gayatri Infra Ventures Limited (GIVL) executed a definitive agreement to sell their 100% shareholding in Western UP Tollway Limited to Cube Highways and Infrastructure PTE Limited.
