March 11 (Reuters) - GeoOp Ltd  GEO.NZ : 
 * Geoop announces acquisition of interfaceit pty ltd 
 * Entered into a conditional agreement to acquire all of the shares in interfaceit pty limited 
 * Purchase price is NZ$9 million 
 * The companies have agreed to continue a cost reduction plan within the first 12 months of the two entities being operationally combined 
 * Purchase price will be satisfied by the issue of NZ$6 million of shares in geo at a price of NZ$0.40 per share 
 * Purchase price will be satisfied by issue of 3 million unlisted convertible notes with a face value of NZ$1.00 each
