Georgia Capital PLC announces the publishing of its Annual and Sustainability
Reports 2023

Georgia Capital PLC (the "Company") has today published its Annual Report and
Accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2023 (the "Annual Report
2023") and its Sustainability Report (the "Sustainability Report 2023").

The Annual Report 2023 is available to view on the Company's website at

(https://georgiacapital.ge/ir/annual-reports) .  In accordance with Listing
Rule 14.3.6, a copy of the Annual Report 2023 will be submitted to the
National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at
https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism
(https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism) . In compliance with
its obligations under section 6.3.5(1) of the Disclosure Guidance and
Transparency Rules, the Company also releases the unedited full text of its
Annual Report 2023.

The Company's Sustainability Report 2023 is also available to view on the

The Annual General Meeting ("AGM") is scheduled for 20 May 2024 and the Notice
of Annual General Meeting will be mailed to shareholders on or around 12 April
