CANCELLATION OF TREASURY SHARES

The Company today announces the cancellation of treasury shares in accordance
with the provisions of section 729 of the Companies Act 2006 and pursuant to
the share buyback and cancellation programme which was announced in December
2024.

As required by UK Listing Rule 12.6.4 and DTR 5 the Company discloses the
following information:

 

 Date of cancellation                                                         29 April 2025
 Total number of ordinary shares cancelled                                    396,800
 Total number of ordinary shares held in Treasury following the cancellation  30,000
 Total number of ordinary shares in issue following the cancellation          37,433,619
 Total number of voting rights following the cancellation.                    37,403,619
