Georgia Capital PLC Notice of 4Q25 and FY25 Results

Georgia Capital PLC (the "Company") will publish its fourth quarter and full
year 2025 preliminary financial results on Tuesday, 24 February 2026 at 7:00
London time. The results announcement will be available on the Company's
website at www.georgiacapital.ge (http://www.georgiacapital.ge) . An
investor/analyst webinar, organised by the Company, will be held on 24
February 2026, at 12:00 UK / 13:00 CET / 07:00 US Eastern Time. The duration
of the webinar will be 60 minutes and will consist of a 30-minute update and a
30-minute Q&A session.
