** Shares of digital carsharing marketplace Getaround
 GETR.N  slump ~65% to $3.04 in debut 
    ** Co went public through merger with blank-check firm
InterPrivate II; values combined entity at about $1.2 bln
    ** Getaround, founded in 2009, runs a digital platform for
its customers to share vehicles in over 950 cities globally
    ** The listing comes at a time when SPAC market has soured
amid grim market conditions
    ** GETR hit a low of $2.62 during the day
