    * CIRP initiated in respect of co under provisions of 
Insolvency and Bankruptcy code by order of NCLT w.e.f. Aug 1 
    * Powers of board of directors stands suspended, and such 
powers shall be vested with Parveen Bansal appointed as IRP with 
respect to co
