India's Gitanjali Gems, Amtek hit lower circuit filter

** Shares of Gitanjali Gems Ltd  GTGM.NS , Amtek Auto Ltd
 AMTK.NS , Easun Reyrolle Ltd  EASU.NS  and Panoramic Universal
Ltd  PANU.NS  fall by their maximum permissible daily limit 
    ** BSE https://www.nseindia.com/content/circulars/CML38635.pdf
 and NSE https://www.nseindia.com/content/circulars/CML38635.pdf
 decided to suspend trading in as many as nine companies from
Sept. 10 since they have not submitted Dec and March qtr
financial results as per regulations 
    ** Cos have not paid the fine amount levied for
non-compliance till date 
    ** Gitanjali Gems, controlled by jeweller Mehul Choksi who
has also been accused in the Punjab National Bank  PNBK.NS 
fraud, falls 4.9 pct to hit the lower circuit
    ** Amtek Auto slips 4.3 pct and Panoramic Universal falls
4.2 pct while Easun Reyrolle was trading 4.94 pct lower
