Annual Report & AGM Notice

Glantus (AIM:   GLAN), a leading provider of software as a service
("SaaS") solutions delivering automation and analytics to the Accounts Payable
("AP") function confirms that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year
ended 31 December 2021 and the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") have
been issued to shareholders.

Copies of the 2021 Annual Report and Accounts, the Notice of AGM and
accompanying form of proxy are available to download from the Company's

The AGM will be held at Conrad Hotel, Dublin on 4 August 2022 at 11 am.
