Glantus (AIM:   GLAN), a leading provider of software as a service
("SaaS") solutions delivering automation and analytics to the Accounts Payable
("AP") function, is pleased to announce that further to the appointment of
Shore Capital and Corporate Limited ("Shore Capital") as its Nominated Adviser
on 27 April 2022, Shore Capital has confirmed that it has completed its due
diligence.
