Results of AGM

Glantus (AIM:   GLAN), a leading provider of software as a service
("SaaS") solutions delivering automation and analytics to the Accounts Payable
("AP") function announces that at the Annual General Meeting held earlier
today, all resolutions were passed.

Final results of the proxy and poll results are set out below:
