 * Loan agreement was entered into between Global Mastermind Financial services 
as lender and customer a as borrower 
 * Global Mastermind Financial services has conditionally agreed to grant the 
loan in the principal amount of hk$60.0 million to customer a 
 * Says customer a is an individual who is a merchant 
 * Loan will be financed by part of the net proceeds from issue of 1.53 billion 
rights shares under rights issue completed on 29 February 2016
