 * Global m hldg-discloseable transaction disposal of shares in China star entertainment limited  8063.HK  
 * Says vendor (Long Joy Investments Limited) entered into bought and sold notes with each of the purchasers 
 * Subscription price of hk$0.55 per sale share 
 * Deal at an aggregate consideration of hk$33.0 million 
 * Vendor sold an aggregate of 60 million sale shares held by it to the purchasers 
 * Expected to recognise a loss of approximately hk$7.8 million in disposal 
 * Intends to allocate net proceeds for investment in listed financial instruments available in Hong Kong financial market
