 * Purchaser and Vendor B entered into the famous flamingo acquisition agreement 
 * Consideration for agreement a is HK$63.4 million 
 * Pursuant to Flamingo Acquisition Agreement, Vendor B agreed to sell the Famous Flamingo Sale Share at the aggregate consideration of not exceeding HK$73.6 million
