                              Adjournment of AGM

The Board of Talent announces that yesterday's annual general meeting ("AGM")
has been adjourned indefinitely, pending publication of the Company's audited
annual report and accounts for the financial period ended 30 September 2013.

The AGM will be reconvened in due course following the publication of the
Company's audited annual report and accounts. Further announcements will be
made as and when appropriate.
