Director's Shareholding
Talent was notified yesterday that on Friday 27 June 2008 Terry Bate,
Non-Executive Chairman, purchased 25,000 ordinary shares in the issued share
capital of the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") at a price of 7 pence per share,
equivalent to 0.15 per cent. of the issued voting share capital of the Company.
Yesterday, Mr Bate purchased a further 100,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 8
pence per share, equivalent to 0.62 per cent of the issued voting share capital
of Company.
Mr Bate now holds 4,150,000 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 25.6 per cent. of
the issued voting share capital of Talent.
