Notice of AGM
The Company announces that it has posted a notice of annual general meeting to
shareholders in the Company ("Shareholders") dealing with, inter alia, the
re-election of Directors, re-appointed of the auditors and approval of the
annual report and accounts for the year ended 30 September 2013, which are yet
to be published.
The annual general meeting will be held at No. 1 Duchess Street, Suite 2, Fifth
Floor, London W1W 6AN on Monday 31 March 2014 at 2.30 pm.
